Every man's worst nightmare.
Ever been lost in a shopping mall?
Steve Clarke and his spendthrift wife, Tanya, just wanted to buy one simple Christmas gift. But the crowds on Black Friday swarm thicker than cockroaches. Worse, the mall reconfigures itself around them. The stores move and change names. Hallways appear and disappear. The exit is impossible to find. When they ask for help, the crowd treats them like lepers.
Worst of all, Tanya is an utter bitch.
It’s every man’s worst nightmare: trapped in an endless shopping mall with a shrew of a wife. Steve wonders what will give out first, their lives or their marriage.

“Set on Black Friday, No Outlet perhaps appropriately has a sense of black comedy to it at times, interspersed with moments of true horror and Twilight Zone-style strangeness.”
— Robert Morrish, Twilight Ridge
“No Outlet is like a classic episode of Twilight Zone amped up to 10. … A quick, satisfying read that works its growing sense of paranoia to the max.”
— The Horror Fiction Review
“No Outlet is a hell of a fun read. It is rife with black humor, giving readers ample time to catch their breath between the crazy action scenes and the moments of sheer terror. As with Warner’s prior releases, the author’s strength in pacing, plotting, and characterization makes No Outlet one of those novels you just can’t put down. … Matthew Warner’s No Outlet is highly recommended.”
